- In a pan add cooking oil and once it's hot add the washed fish and deep fry.
- In a pan fry the onions,add the cupsicum then tomatoes and carrots.cover to let the tomatoes be soft.add 1/2 a cup of water and salt to taste.
- Once it has heated add the fish.let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ugali while hot.
