  1. I use thighs because its tender, juicier and cheaper than breast but u can use breast or other meats if you wish. remove skin, fat and bone from chicken and dice into small pieces.
  2. In separate bowls put flour with the spices, egg beaten with the milk and rice krispies on its own.
  3. Have a tray ready. put the chicken in the flour then egg then cover in the rice krispies. I use cheap ones because they hold their shape better when cooking.
  4. Heat a pan on medium with about 1 cm deep of oil. only a few pieces at a time fry the chicken for around 1-2 minutes until golden brown making sure they dont burn. if the chicken isnt cooked then pop them in the oven for 10 minutes.
