  4. Wash 4-5 stalks of celery, 1 large sweet onion, Wash mushrooms.
  5. Cut one large sweet onion Cut up 4-5 stalks celery. Cut up mushrooms..
  6. While waiting to boil ~ Brown sausage frying pan. ~Drain fat.
  7. Sauteed vegetables with margarine..
  8. Combine saturated veggies and cooked sausage. Let flavors marry together..
  9. Add veggies and sausage to bread crumbs stuffing. Fluff with fork..
