  2. Add red chilli powder, soya sauce, sirka, coconut powder, chineese salt, salt,knowr cubes..phir thora bhunain...
  3. Add carrot.. jab gajar narm ho jaye to uppar se egg minced daal ke phela dein aur pateeli dhak dein flame off kar dein. Ik dusre pateelay me rice boil karen. pani me salt and 1 tbsp sirka dal lein.rice ko thora sakht rakhen ta ke baad me ye dam pe masalay ke sath pake. Rice boil ho jaye to masale wale pateelay me dal ke mix kar ke dam pe 15 min rakh dein...
